On-Hold with Music
Project a new level of professionalism with your toll-free system! Just as large corporations provide
on-hold music for their customers, you too can do this with your toll-free system. During a live call
transfer, your customer will hear a relaxing instrumental piece until they are connected with you!
In addition, while speaking with a customer, you can dial the * key at anytime to put your caller
on hold with music. Once you are ready to take the call back, simply press the * key again to
reconnect!
All systems come with the default on hold music. You can jazz up your
hold music by selecting personalized hold music
or one of our random hold music selections.
