Allow Call Redirect
You can now expand on our Call Announce feature by adding the "Allow Call Redirect". This feature will announce the call as normal, and then prompt you with a menu that gives you options on what to do with the call:
- Press 1 to accept the call
- Press 2 to put the call on hold
- Press 3 to forward the call to the next number in your sequence
- Press 4 to forward this call to voicemail
- Press 5 to disconnect the caller
